The Stress distribution and characteristics analysis are important to the study on the deformation of foundation pit retaining wall. In this paper, through the theoretical derivation and field testing, the force and bending moment of the secant pile wall are analyzed and discussed. Based on the analysis of the secant pile wall influence factors, combining with the theoretical formula of the reinforcement stress, the bending moments of the secant pile wall in different situations are deduced to ensure the theoretical values close to the measured value. The comprehensive effect coefficient i between the piles and soils is considered, the deduced formula of the stress and bending moment are amended. In the last, combining with the analysis of the field tests, the reasonable value rang of the comprehensive effect coefficient i is obtained, which can ensure the security of the foundation pit supporting.
