The questionnaire including 4 parts: participants' demographic characteristics, study condition, evaluation on medical ethics drama instruction and its suggestion. \n \n \nResults \nThe overall score of the learning outcome evaluation on medical ethics drama is (40.86±7.09). Male students' value recognition on medical ethics drama is higher than female students [(15.87±3.45) vs (16.46±2.89), t=-2.015, P=0.044]. Students with cadre experience get higher score on participation [(16.79±2.91) vs (16.07±2.92)], innovative thinking [(8.26±1.67) vs (7.85±1.61)]and overall evaluation on medical ethics drama [(41.38±7.11) vs (39.85±6.95)] than those without cadre experience, the difference is statistically significant (all P<0.05). 摘要

目的探讨医德剧在思想道德修养教学中的有效性和法理依据。方法采用简单随机抽样的方法,于2019年5月抽取福建医科大学临床医学专业5年制480名学生,通过自制问卷调查学生对医德戏剧教学效果的评价。问卷包括4个部分:调查对象的人口学特征、研究情况、医德剧教学评价及建议。结果医德剧学习成果评价总分为(40.86±7.09)分。男生对医德剧的价值认知度高于女生[(15.87±3.45)vs(16.46±2.89),t=-2.015, P=0.044]。有干部经历的学生在参与能力得分[(16.79±2.91)比(16.07±2.92)分]、创新思维得分[(8.26±1.67)比(7.85±1.61)分]、医德戏剧综合评价得分[(41.38±7.11)比(39.85±6.95)分]均高于无干部经历的学生,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析表明,课内外戏剧参与程度、学习目标清晰度、角色扮演投入度是影响医德剧评价的因素。结论医学伦理戏剧教学具有良好的教育效果。关键词:医德剧;有效性;教学;评价
