The purposes of this thesis are to find out the feasibility study of investment in housing development and to know the investment feasibility of housing construction. The required data are basic design, work unit price analysis (AHSP) of PERMEN PU No.28 year 2016, Work and Material Unit Price (HSD) of Malang 2018, land cost, and license fee. Technical feasibility study refered to PERMENPERA No.11 year 2008, PERDA Kota Malang No.20 year 2011, and PERWALI Kota Malang No.29 year 2011. The results of the Feasibility Study obtained technically can be declared in accordance with applicable regulations with a score of 5. 玛琅人口增长导致住房需求增加。为了满足这些需求,PT.
