工作满意度是指一个人对工作的感觉。如果员工的期望得到满足(或)员工得到的比他/她感到满意的要高。本研究的主要目的是研究银行部门员工工作满意度的理论框架及其与道德方面的关系,并分析Kollegala银行员工的工作满意度。在本文中,我们将1000个沮丧作为银行员工的简单规模,在本研究中采用了年龄,性别,资格,收入和经验5个假设,其中3个假设被接受,其余的假设被拒绝。
