摘要

本研究旨在探讨系统品质、资讯品质及服务品质对Shopee Y世代使用者满意度及转换意向的影响。数据分析使用偏最小二乘法。结果表明,系统质量、信息质量和服务质量对满意度有显著的正向影响。在这一点上,满意度还被发现对转换意图有负面影响。服务质量的影响更为显著。这意味着Shopee需要专注于提高服务质量,因为服务被认为是决定用户满意度的重要组成部分。
