摘要

随着城市化进程的推进,对住房的需求不断增加,道路上的车辆越来越多,寻找停车位已成为市民的主要痛点之一。这主要是由于城市地区的停车位有限。为了克服这一限制,一个解决方案是创造更多的停车位。在这项工作中,我们提出了一个基于区块链的解决方案,通过开发一个透明的平台来创建停车池,个人可以在规定的时间内出租未使用的土地,很少或没有法律纠纷。为了提高整个系统的透明度,将创建一个代表唯一停车场的不可替代的令牌系统。这还有一个额外的好处,那就是从他们未使用的财产中获得收入。区块链上的智能合约执行参与者之间的合同协议,确保拟议系统中的财务透明度。
