摘要

本文以GIS的普及为出发点。研究了基于特殊地理信息系统向普通地理信息系统转换的可行性。主要从数据库、技术可行性、系统框架、功能框架和用户角度论证了流行的空间信息服务平台结构。提出了基于分布式的大众化空间信息服务平台的未来建设思路。从理论上提出了一种快速建立多专业、立体、多层次空间服务体系的新模式。这可以充分挖掘现有GIS系统的价值,减少资源浪费,对构建资源节约型和谐社会的数字城市具有现实意义和借鉴意义。
