The research method used is a qualitative method using a case study approach. Case studies in qualitative research involve in-depth exploration of the phenomenon being studied through collecting information from various data sources over a certain period (Creswell, 2014; Mertens, 2010). The steps in this research method are: observation, interview, distribution of questionnaires/questionnaires and documentation. Respondents in this study were students of the Economic Education study program at Pamulang University who underwent a thesis trial. The results found from the research are good communication from lecturers and students is able to improve the quality of the thesis. 摘要本研究旨在探讨导师沟通对学生论文品质的影响。使用的研究方法是使用案例研究方法的定性方法。定性研究中的案例研究涉及通过在一定时期内从各种数据源收集信息来深入探索所研究的现象(Creswell, 2014;莫顿,2010)。这种研究方法的步骤是:观察,访谈,发放问卷和记录。本研究的调查对象是帕慕朗大学经济教育专业的学生,他们接受了论文试验。从研究中发现的结果是与讲师和学生的良好沟通能够提高论文的质量。然后在这项研究中发现有几个沟通障碍。关键词:主管沟通;论文质量;学生;
