摘要

分析法律文书中的法律句子结构是构建法律工程知识管理系统的重要环节。本文提出了一种基于统计机器学习方法-条件随机场的越南法律文件逻辑部分识别新方法。除了单词特征、词性特征等语言特征外,我们还利用逻辑部分的语义特征如触发器特征、本体特征等来改进标注系统的结果。在越南商法数据集上进行实验,准确率为78.12%,召回率为68.72%。与现有的系统相比,它改善了对某些逻辑部分的识别结果。
