摘要

为了抑制微/宏观机械臂系统的振动,提出了采用微机械臂调制的惯性力阻尼控制方法。利用经典控制理论开发的控制器被添加到现有的控制系统中。该控制器通过实时测量宏观机械臂的柔性来调节微观机械臂的运动以抵消结构振动。利用现有的微/宏柔性连杆机械臂试验台进行的实验研究表明,采用基于微机械臂的惯性主动阻尼控制方法可以有效地抑制宏/微机械臂系统的振动。
