Therefore, a sample of 89 hotels were considered in this study. Data were collected from TripAdvisor website during March 2019, considered as a low season in Lebanon. An OLS regression analysis was used to identify significant variables. Results has shown a strong positive significance of star rating category and accessible rooms, and a strong negative significance of centrally located, business and safe labels.
