摘要

研究了双溶液法制备的纳米BaTiO3/LDPE复合材料的慢极化特性。记录放电电流数据,通过Hamon近似将数据转换到频域,得到介质因子。对比不同电场、温度和纳米填料含量情况下的epsiv”谱曲线可以看出,复合材料的慢极化密度随温度的升高而增大,随电场的增大而减小。有趣的是,随着纳米填料含量的增加,出现了渗滤现象。
