摘要

材料与方法:制备雄性Wistar大鼠32只,约8周龄,体重200±10 g,在标准光、温、湿条件下饲养1周。将大鼠随机分为健康对照组、有氧训练组、纳米姜黄素组和有氧训练+纳米姜黄素组,共8个系列。训练方案为4周,每周5天,第一周运动20分钟,速度为每分钟18米,第四周运动35分钟,速度为每分钟20米。每只动物也以每公斤体重80毫克的剂量补充纳米姜黄素。在显著性水平上采用单因素方差分析和Bonferroni事后检验(P<0.05)。
