摘要

本文对某工业氮肥生产装置的控制性能评价进行了研究。基于PID控制算法的单回路或级联回路多达200多个。比较了各种控制回路质量测度的有效性:考虑了积分指标、不同概率密度函数的影响因素和持续分形测度。最后,将信息量最大的数据整合到一个雷达图中,作为通用的比较平台。分析伴随着PID设置分析,显示进一步的调整方向。由于每个安装元素处于不同的状态,结果可以指出未来工厂改进的必要步骤。
