Leadership styles and stress are the most important factors that affect the efficiency of teaching.This research paper aims to investigate how age, gender and educational differences influence the teachers’ reaction to interpret and react to the leadership characteristics of their headmasters. A quantitative research method was employed and a questionnaire was chosen as an instrument to collect the data for this research. The questionnaires were distributed to the schools and a total of 102 valid responses were received. The population of this study includes 102 full time and part time teachers in five 9-year-schools located in the city of Tirana. 25 questionnaires were collected at “De Rada” school, 24 questionnaires at “Fan Noli”, 20 questionnaires at “Emin Duraku”, 10 questionnaires at “Mihal Grameno” 23 questionnaires at “Skënder Caci” school, in the district of Tirana, Albania. The collected data was entered into SPSS version 25 for statistical analysis using descriptive and analytic methods.In the findings of this study, there was a substantial positive relationship between leadership style and stress at work. 摘要

本研究考察了领导风格对阿尔巴尼亚地拉那五所学校教师压力的影响。领导风格和压力是影响教学效率的最重要因素。本研究旨在探讨年龄、性别和教育程度的差异如何影响教师对其校长领导特质的解读和反应。本研究采用定量研究方法,采用问卷调查的方式收集数据。问卷分发至各学校,共收到102份有效回复。本研究的人口包括地拉那市5所9年制学校的102名全职和兼职教师,在阿尔巴尼亚地拉那地区的“De Rada”学校收集了25份问卷,“Fan Noli”学校收集了24份问卷,“Emin Duraku”学校收集了20份问卷,“Mihal Grameno”学校收集了10份问卷,“Skënder Caci”学校收集了23份问卷。将收集到的数据输入SPSS 25版本,采用描述性和分析性方法进行统计分析。本研究发现,领导风格与工作压力之间存在显著的正相关关系。作为一个结论,我们可以肯定,这项研究的结果将有助于进一步的研究,必须进行追求扩大领导的角色和策略,以改善工作条件,有更多的积极性和满意的教师在他们工作的学校。
