摘要

针对BP神经网络收敛速度慢、易陷入局部极小且难以准确确定隐藏节点数的缺点,采用具有全局搜索能力的遗传算法,采用二值和实数混合编码对BP神经网络的隐藏节点数、权值和阈值进行优化。最后,用WD615柴油机气门故障诊断数据对该方法进行了测试。实验结果表明,该算法具有明显的优势,能够克服BP神经网络的不足,提高网络的学习能力。
