Intramuscular lipoma is an uncommon mesenchymal neoplasm that characteristically infiltrates adjacent tissues and tends to recur after excision. Only a few publications referring to the upper extremities location have been reported. We report a case of an intramuscular lipoma of the biceps brachii muscle studied with MRI.
