摘要

本文提出了一种实现降压变换器软开关条件的辅助电路。功率变换器中使用的开关器件需要承受高电压应力,这会导致开关损耗增加。为了使效率最大化,必须采用软开关技术。通过引入PID控制器和模糊控制器,提高了变换器的性能。在MATLAB/SIMULINK中对该模型进行了仿真,并采用PID和模糊控制器对变换器进行了性能分析。
