The operation subproblem is solved by Stochastic Dual Dynamic Programming (SDDP) and the reliability subproblem by Monte Carlo simulation. 摘要

本文提出了一种将可靠性约束纳入电力系统最优扩展规划问题的方法。除了传统上用于电力系统的负荷损失概率(LOLP)和预期未供电(EPNS)之外,本研究还提出了在金融市场中广泛使用的风险度量VaR (Value-at-Risk)和CVaR (Conditional Value-at-Risk)。在规划问题中明确考虑可靠性约束可能是一项极其困难的任务,为了最大限度地减少计算量,本文应用Benders分解技术将扩展规划问题分解为一个投资问题和两个子问题,以评估系统的运行成本和可靠性指标。操作子问题采用随机对偶动态规划(SDDP)求解,可靠性子问题采用蒙特卡罗模拟求解。将所提出的方法应用于玻利维亚电力系统最优扩容规划的实际问题。
