摘要

目前工业应用与数据采集设备之间多采用请求/应答数据传输方式。但它们之间的相互依赖性较强,降低了数据传输的时效性,不能满足工业应用对车间数据灵活性的需求。本文设计了一种基于发布/订阅通信模式的车间数据传输模式。详细设计了基于MQTT协议的消息代理服务器,分析了客户端的发布和订阅过程。测试表明,随着订阅客户端数量的增加,发送消息的延迟线性增加,没有任何激增。
