摘要

本研究是关于机场服务品质感知的实施及其与口碑(Word of Mouth)的关系。本研究的主要目的是了解国际机场协会对机场服务质素的看法。进一步研究服务质量与口碑的关系,分析旅客是否会向其他旅客讨论机场服务质量;在社交媒体上分享机场体验;并推荐机场给别人或不。这就提出了服务质量是否会影响口碑的问题,包括变量之间的相互作用。研究结果表明,机场服务质量对口碑有正向影响,并发现与之相关的问题。
