The important parameter in design of AC traction motor under inverter supply is the consideration of harmonics generated by it. In this paper, back propagation artificial neural network technique has been adopted to optimize the output design parameters of the AC traction motor rotor with aluminium alloy bars, keeping the stator design un changed. 摘要

提高牵引电机的kW/kg比是机车运行最重要的参数。电力机车改用三相鼠笼式交流牵引电动机,采用逆变电源供电,使牵引传动最经济,具有较高的kW/kg比,从而也减少了轴上的非簧载质量。在交流牵引电动机中,为了达到更好的性能、更轻的重量、更低的成本和满足未来铜的短缺,已经提出了替代铝合金转子棒。转子的设计对电机轴转矩的发展起着至关重要的作用。逆变电源下交流牵引电机设计的重要参数是考虑其产生的谐波。本文采用反向传播人工神经网络技术,在保持定子设计不变的情况下,对带铝合金棒的交流牵引电动机转子的输出设计参数进行优化。本文比较了铜棒与铝合金转子棒在交流牵引电动机转矩和效率方面的差异,为交流牵引电动机的设计提供了一种较好的替代方法。
