摘要

径向力对开关磁阻电机的振动和噪声有独特的影响,限制了开关磁阻电机的应用。定子顶部的矩形槽可以减小径向力,将原有的单向径向磁通密度分量分解为径向和切向磁通密度分量。本文将开槽前后的气隙磁场划分为4个区域,其中磁场线分别采用抛物线型和直线模拟。采用理论计算和有限元分析相结合的方法,分析了定子槽对SRM径向力、转矩脉动和平均转矩的影响。结果表明,槽形结构能有效抑制径向力,且抑制程度受槽形宽度的影响,平均转矩随定子顶部开槽而略有减小。
