摘要

除ABS和安全气囊等机构外,吸能器是在碰撞中保护乘员安全的重要结构之一。本文的目的是研究广泛使用的汽车结构——圆形金属薄壁管的耐撞性。为提高金属与复合材料的耐撞性参数,充分利用其优点,采用复合材料包裹金属管。对该结构在准静态轴向载荷作用下的吸能特性进行了实验研究。研究了e型玻璃直接粗纱与聚酯树脂复合材料的不同层数和纤维取向,以开发出最佳结构构件。
