摘要

:采用高效液相色谱法对冷冻饮料中三聚氰胺的不确定度进行评估,根据《测量不确定度评估与表示》和《化学分析不确定度评估指南》规定的基本方法和程序,分析了影响不确定度的主要来源,建立了冷冻饮料中三聚氰胺不确定度的评估方法。结果表明,(0.661 mg/kg±0.03,k =2)对冷冻饮料中三聚氰胺的不确定度、拟合曲线引入的不确定度、标准曲线制备工艺、测量重复性、样品量、标准纯度、标准称量和样品量的测定均有影响。该模型为冷冻饮料中三聚氰胺的不确定度评估提供了参考依据,同时,在日常的检测和称重、计量活动中可用于控制拟合曲线和标准溶液制备过程,以降低测量不确定度,提高检测结果的准确性,测量结果的符合性是重要的。
