摘要

目的了解2018年国家医师执业资格考试第一阶段临床基本技能考试评分员对评分标准的掌握情况,探讨标准化患者(SP)与考官评分的一致性,为相关研究提供更多信息。方法2018年,随机抽取某医学院校参加全国医师执业资格考试第一阶段临床基础技能考试的77名考生,以沟通能力和人文关怀两项成绩为基础,运用多面Rasch模型对77名考生的能力评估结果进行计算,分析评分者的内部一致性和评价的从宽从严程度。结果77名考生的平均估计能力为2.75 logits,大部分考生的infit小于1.5。评分者的平均严重程度为-0.55,审查员的平均严重程度为-0.45,SP的平均严重程度为-0.70,差异无统计学意义。结论评分者对评分标准掌握较好,整体评分标准较为宽松。SP和考官的分数是一致的。关键词:全国医师执业资格考试;评定等级的错误;拉希理论;多面拉希模型;标准化病人
