The sensor is designed and optimized based on COMSOL simulation software, the influence of electrode width and spacing on the sensitivity uniformity index is analyzed, and the optimized structural parameters of the sensor are obtained. Simulation and experimental results show that the double-loop capacitive sensor measurement system has good linearity and a small average relative error (0.4%).
