A model is considered that take into account the network-induced delay and data dropout. Aim at the systems' uncertainty, the uncertainty correlated with the states of plant is joined. Through the approach of Lyapunov-Krasovskii, the performance of L2 - Linfin is transformed to a set of linear matrix inequalities that will be solved by a series of congruence transform.
