We furnish certain examples of BH- monoids which are not BH- lattice. We give a characterization of BH-lattices in terms of bounded BH-lattices and commutative l-groups. Also we prove that every BH-lattice is a direct product of Heyting algebra and commutative l-group under certain condition.
