This paper describes a new peer-assisted solution to optimize the TSTV bandwidth, a solution that uses the users Set-Top-Boxes (STB) to assist the central TSTV servers in the content delivery, this mean that, after each TSTV request, the STB will receive the TSTV stream from another STB instead of the central server by using this method the unicast traffic will not pass through the IP network, it will be a peer to peer communication via the Access Network only. 摘要
