摘要

本文首先提出并分析了一种利用压力辅助电弧放电技术制备的蛋状微泡。在制作过程中,通过调整电弧参数和玻璃管的位置,制备的微泡最薄壁可达到873nm的水平。然后,利用纤维法布里-珀罗干涉技术分析了不同填充压力下微泡的变形情况。研究发现,当内压从4Kpa增加到1400KPa时,微泡端面发生压缩。卵状微泡试样的压力敏感性为14.3pm/Kpa。研究结果可为开发新型压力传感器等提供参考。
