The EDD steel sheets of one millimeter thickness were cut into circular blanks of diameter 80mm, 82mm and 84mm.Deep drawing and redrawing experiments were carried out successfully on hydraulic press by using specially designed super alloy dies at room temperature and at elevated temperatures. The effects of process parameters on the final product quality were discussed.
