After that, it is done profiller in the form of making a height profile pattern for each DEM. The results obtained were in the form of known DEM that had height errors, height differences in reference fields, and the form of DEMNAS. The form of DEMNAS in the South Kalimantan region is dominated by DSM rather than the DTM. In the Central Java region, the form of DEMNAS is not in the form of DSM and DTM.
