Methods for managing the technological process on a completely new basis by assessing current parameters to ensure the efficiency of production processes and the ability to manage the system according to the presented indicators are presented. The synthesized electronic system for monitoring and control of industrial processes provides technological security and high quality of the final product. The conducted research proves that the obtained experimental results and estimates fall within the permissible limits determined by the standards.
