Furthermore, a DM driven by an elliptical PZT is designed and fabricated, and its correction ability in the high incident angle optical path is tested experimentally. 摘要

为了应用于大入射角光路,设计了基于61元均匀变形反射镜(DM)的实验平台,研究了不同入射角对DM校正能力的影响。实验结果表明,入射角越大,重构泽尼克幅值越小,归一化残差越大。设计并制作了椭圆PZT驱动的DM,并对其在高入射角光路中的校正能力进行了实验测试。结果表明,所设计的椭圆PZT可以有效提高DM在垂直光路中的校正能力。
