A total 11 S-RNase alleles (S2, S3, S4, S6, S7, S8, S9, S11, S12, S19 and SC) were determined in foreign 42 apricot cultivars. It was determined self (in)compatibility alleles of 11 new Turkish and 38 foreign apricot cultivars first time with this study. These results can be used for plantation new orchards and breeding programs.
