The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis that has the objective to determine the magnitude of the regression coefficients which will show the level of influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. T test results showed that the variable Information System Multi Level Marketing (MLM) (X1) significantly affects the performance Member (Y) and Product Quality variable (X2) significantly affects the performance Member (Y). 摘要

人力资源是公司的宝贵资产,有了信息系统的多层次营销(MLM)和良好的产品质量会提高会员的业绩。本研究旨在证明信息系统多层次营销(Information System Multi - Level Marketing, MLM) (X1)和产品质量(Product Quality, X2)的部分变量和同时变量对巴淡岛PT Melia Sehat Sejahtera会员绩效变量(Y)的影响。本研究中使用的分析是多元线性回归分析,其目的是确定回归系数的大小,这将显示自变量对因变量的影响程度。T检验结果显示变量Information System Multi - Level Marketing (MLM) (X1)显著影响绩效成员(Y),变量Product Quality (X2)显著影响绩效成员(Y)。检验结果表明变量F Information System Multi - Level Marketing (MLM) (X1)和Product Quality (X2)同时影响绩效成员(Y)。
