摘要

本文采用缬草复合物(缬草)、酸枣粉对小鼠进行了实验。Spinosa (Bunge),侧柏种子),检测其改善睡眠的有效成分。以直接睡眠实验法为评价指标,探讨缬草提取物水、缬草复方及其各自提取成分的镇静睡眠作用。缬草水提物、复方制剂、缬草萃取物与乙酸乙酯萃取物相及丁醇萃取物相均可缩短小鼠睡眠潜伏期,延长小鼠睡眠时间,无耐受性。缬草a水相丁醇提取物能缩短小鼠睡眠潜伏期,延长小鼠睡眠时间效果最好。
