摘要

证素是辨证分型的最小单位,是辨证的基本要素。引入中医证候要素可以提高辨证后治疗的准确性,有利于中医证候研究的规范化。规范化对中医辨证有重要意义。本文在中医问诊原则的基础上,提出了一种中医证候要素的模式发现方法。临床结果与北京中医药大学在国家基础研究计划(973计划)的研究结果非常相似。结果表明,基于中医问诊的方法可以作为不同疾病的证素模式发现方法,证素模式从人群健康到疾病都有一定的规律。
