Currently research work has been focused in the ICU making more efficient clinical workflow by generation of high-risk patterns from improved high volumes of data. Emerging area of AI in the ICU includes mortality prediction, uses of powerful sensors, new drug discovery, prediction of length of stay and legal role in uses of drugs for severity of disease. 摘要

重症监护室处理的数据本质上是动态的,如健康状况的实时测量,以及随时间不断变化的实验室测试数据。人工智能(AI)使用大量数据执行复杂模式分析的潜在能力。生成的模式在重症监护病房(icu)发现疾病的新症状,帮助医生处方新药发现,有利于智能使用。目前的研究工作主要集中在ICU,通过从改进的大量数据中生成高风险模式来提高临床工作流程的效率。人工智能在ICU的新兴领域包括死亡率预测、强大传感器的使用、新药发现、住院时间预测以及根据疾病严重程度使用药物的法律作用。本文就人工智能药物在ICU的最新应用及相关问题进行综述。
