摘要

本文研究了移动运营商网络中传输大量用户在相对短的时间内感知到的数据的业务的QoE评估方法,如流媒体视频。新方法的惊喜因子依赖于QoE/MOS评估,该评估基于视频会话的最小构建单元(帧),并评估吞吐量、数据包延迟和丢包率。通过上述帧率(最终用户感知的最小建筑单元),创建一定数量(例如本发明中使用的5个)MOS箱和MOS矩阵,以从质量角度估计最终用户对所提供会话的主观感知。
