摘要

发生在损坏导线上的故障区域已被确定为许多飞机事故的故障原因。由于商用飞机的电线长达数百公里,因此在飞机维修时很难发现损坏的电线。因此,在飞机用绝缘电线的发展阶段,对其性能给予更多的关注是必要的。为了应对“电弧失效”的故障类型,提高飞机的安全性,近年来不同机构开发了各种抗电弧试验方法。但所有这些都没有考虑到飞机的环境条件。为此,提出了一种考虑环境压力条件的试验方法。根据该方法,对典型飞机电线绝缘在不同环境条件下进行了300多次故障试验。试验结果表明,环境条件对故障电弧的行为有重要影响。本文给出了详细的试验结果并进行了讨论。
