Instructor can remotely control highlighted text in front of student, just through his gestures and students only need to have WebRTC enabled browser to attend the lecture. However, instructor needs to have Kinect device installed for gesture recognition. Alternatively, instructor can also use keyboard navigational keys to control the highlighted text. We have also implemented both techniques of audio/video broadcast and audio/gestures broadcast for Qur'an e-learning and experiments proved that replacement of audio/video with audio/gestures consumes less network traffic.
