This study aims to analyze the relationship between nutritional status of postpartum mothers and breast milk production. This research is quantitative research using primary data. The sample in this study were all primiparous mothers in April – May 2017 at Gunung Sari Health Center, who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The variables in this study were nutritional status measured from LILA and ASI production as measured by breast milk volume. Analysis using the Mann-Whitney and T unpaired tests. The results showed that there was no relationship between nutritional status and ASI production both seen at day 4 and 10. This is because baby suction is the main factor that influences milk production. 摘要

印度尼西亚的婴儿死亡率仍然很高,53%是由营养因素造成的。纯母乳喂养可降低婴儿发病率和死亡率。产奶不是产后母亲最常表达的抱怨,也是纯母乳喂养失败的原因。产后母亲的营养状况对母乳产量有影响。本研究旨在分析产后母亲营养状况与母乳产奶量的关系。本研究采用原始数据进行定量研究。本研究的样本均为2017年4月至5月在Gunung Sari卫生中心的所有符合纳入和排除标准的初产母亲。本研究的变量是通过母乳量测量LILA和ASI的产生来测量营养状况。使用Mann-Whitney和T非配对检验进行分析。结果表明,在第4天和第10天,营养状况与ASI产量没有关系。这是因为婴儿吸力是影响产奶量的主要因素。因此,建议产后妈妈以正确的方式母乳喂养,每两小时一次,努力增加产奶量。
