The internal dynamics and control actions (control loop delay included) of MMC are considered in the derivation process. With consideration of impedance characteristics of dc transmission lines, the harmonic stability for the dc system of MMC-HVDC are theoretically analyzed across a wide frequency range and the possible harmonic resonance problems are revealed. On this basis, a modified dc damping control is proposed to mitigate the harmonic resonances and improve the harmonic stability at all possible frequency points. 摘要

近年来,随着模块化多电平变换器(MMC)系统的发展和应用,谐波谐振和不稳定问题日益突出。MMC的阻抗模型可用于谐波稳定性分析和缓解方法的设计。本文首先基于谐波状态空间(HSS)方法推导了MMC的精确直流阻抗模型。在推导过程中考虑了MMC的内部动力学和控制作用(包括控制回路延迟)。考虑直流输电线路的阻抗特性,从理论上分析了大频率范围内MMC-HVDC直流系统的谐波稳定性,揭示了可能存在的谐波谐振问题。在此基础上,提出了一种改进的直流阻尼控制,以减轻谐波共振,提高各可能频率点的谐波稳定性。最后,仿真结果验证了所提出的模型和控制方法。
