Firstly, the mathematical model of PMSM is analyzed. It is found that the control current $i_{q}$ can directly control the torque. It is combined with the mathematical model of DTC, pointing out the shortcomings of the traditional DTC method. Secondly, the RZVSVPWM-DTC is analyzed to illustrate its advantages. Finally, the RZVSVPWM-DTC is used to replace the traditional DTC, and the torque and flux linkage are used as the control objects for simulation analysis. The simulation results show that the RZVSVPWM-DTC has a constant switching frequency, smaller torque ripple and lower line current distortion rate. 摘要

传统的永磁同步电机直接转矩控制方法存在开关频率不稳定、转矩脉动大、电流谐波畸变率高等问题。针对上述问题,本文提出了基于随机零向量空间矢量脉宽调制(RZVSVPWM-DTC)的直接转矩控制方法。首先,分析了永磁同步电机的数学模型。发现控制电流$i_{q}$可以直接控制转矩。结合直接转矩控制的数学模型,指出了传统直接转矩控制方法的不足。其次,对RZVSVPWM-DTC进行了分析,说明了其优点。最后,采用RZVSVPWM-DTC取代传统的DTC,并以转矩和磁链作为控制对象进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,RZVSVPWM-DTC开关频率恒定,转矩脉动较小,线路电流畸变率较低。系统具有良好的动静态性能,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
