The study reached several results, the most important of which are: that there are significant differences between the villages of Ismailia and Port Said governorates in the health, ecological and economic aspects at the probability level of 0.01 in both the modernization and development of villages, the correlation coefficient between the standard of living and the degree of modernization and development of the villages was the highest followed by the educational situation, the monthly income, geographical openness, where it contributes by 18%, 12%, 11%, and 6% respectively.
