As a Sunday school teacher who is professional in his field, he is expected to have good teaching competence as well. To determine the effect of education level on the teaching competence of Sunday school teachers at the Bethel Tabernacle Church (GBT) in Lampung Province, a study was conducted regarding this matter. The purpose of this study was to see whether there was an effect of teacher education level on their competence. If the level of education is low, the teaching competence is low, and vice versa. With a quantitative approach, data collection techniques through questionnaires with a Likert scale, and data processing using SPSS obtained a correlation number of 0.308. Based on the correlation coefficient table, this figure is included in the low category. That is, there is a low correlation between Education Level (X) and Teaching Competence (Y). 摘要

主日学教师的学历水平是影响主日学教学能力的重要因素之一。作为一名专业的主日学教师,他也应该有良好的教学能力。为了确定教育程度对南榜省伯特利会幕教会(GBT)主日学教师教学能力的影响,我们进行了一项研究。本研究旨在探讨教师受教育程度对教师胜任力的影响。教育水平低,教学能力就低,反之亦然。采用定量方法,通过李克特量表问卷的数据收集技术和SPSS数据处理得到相关数为0.308。根据相关系数表,该数字属于低类别。即教育水平(X)与教学能力(Y)之间的相关性较低。同时,为了了解X变量对Y的贡献程度,我们进行了决定系数检验,得到了9.5%的数字。
