摘要

对87例患者(患者44例，对照组43例)的结膜标本进行了衣原体研究。临床检查显示27例(61.4%)患者为沙眼。9例患者(20.4%)直接检测IF阳性，对照组均为阴性(P < 0.001)。9例患者直接检查阳性与血清学阳性呈正相关。抗体抗衣原体率高于或等于1/256者12例(44.4%)。
