The role of islamic banking in developing community business, especially UMKM, is to participate in providing financing to the community to the development their business. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of microfinance on the business development of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Klender customers and to determine the difference in customer sales turnover before and after receiving financing. The research methodology used is a quantitative approach. The results of the research conducted indicate that microfinance has a significant effect on the development of the costumer’s business. Microfinance has a significant effect on the business development of customers PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Klender, seen from the results of data processing the value of the coefficient of determination R= 0.919 and R²= 0.844. 摘要

在印度尼西亚发展潜在的UMKM离不开银行在向UMKM行动者分配资金方面的支持。伊斯兰银行在发展社区业务,特别是UMKM方面的作用是参与向社区提供融资以发展其业务。本研究的目的是确定小额信贷对PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Klender客户业务发展的影响,并确定获得融资前后客户销售营业额的差异。使用的研究方法是定量方法。研究结果表明,小额信贷对客户业务的发展有显著的影响。小额信贷对客户PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Klender的业务发展有显著的影响,从数据处理的结果来看,决定系数的值R= 0.919, R²= 0.844。这意味着PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Klender的小额融资变量中有84%影响业务发展,其余16%受到其他变量或因素的影响。
